Refund policy

At NLP Furniture, we strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please read our return policy below for more information.

Return Conditions

  • Return period: You have 30 days to return your item, counted from the day of receipt.
  • Item condition: The product must be complete and in the same condition as when you received it.

How to return an item

  1. Register your return: Send an email to info@nlpfurniture.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. Return label: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return label from us, or we will arrange a pickup with you.
  3. Package your item: Make sure the product is well packaged, preferably in its original packaging, so it arrives back to us in good condition.
  4. Send your return: Attach the return label to the package and send it back to the address provided.

Refunds

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be processed within 3 business days. The amount will be refunded to the payment method you used for your order.
  • Returning an item is free of charge.
